Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 Tbsp coconut oil + more for frying
Salt to taste
Method
- Combine both flours and baking soda in a bowl. 
- Place banana, almond milk, coconut oil and salt in a blender until smooth. 
- Pour over the oat mix, and stir gently until combined. 
- Let sit for 10 minutes 
- Preheat pan over medium heat with coconut oil (can use butter if not vegan). When hot, start added pancake mixture to desired size of pancake. Cook for around 2 minutes. 
- When the bottom is golden, flip and cook for another 2 minutes of until golden. 
- Drizzle over your favourite toppings and enjoy!
