Pilates Sculpt

Our Pilates Sculpt is designed to enhance strength, balance, posture, and flexibility. This class will to target the whole body, with a strong emphasis on core strength and breath control. You'll achieve a balanced and sculpted body leaving you feeling motivated and energised. This method is low-impact with high-results, encouraging a sustainable and consistent fitness routine.

Pilates Strength

This strength-building class flows through 3 phases of movement; starting with activation, strength and then conditioning. We activate the muscles to ensure we get the most out of our workout, Followed by strength using heavier weights at a slower pace to build muscle. Then finishing with conditioning, fatiguing muscles through high repetitions and sequence layering. Emphasising Pilates principles of alignment and core engagement, the class aims to build muscular strength and tone using body weight and props. This is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and empowered.

Surf Flow

Surf flow is a class designed to improve your performance in the water whilst facilitating your recovery out. This class is an immersion of mobility, stretching and strength training, flowing through all areas specific to your surf practice (shoulders, hips & breath-work). Whether you are a surfer or not, benefit from improved flexibility, core strength, faster recovery and overall relaxation.

Our yoga based Flow Class is a balance of mindful breathing and intentional movement. Flow combines strengthening and stretching asanas (poses), relieving tension and tightness in the body. Each movement is connected to a breath, facilitating a deep mind-body connection. You will leave this class feeling strong yet calm and connected.

Stretch + Release

Our Stretch and Release class is designed to ease tension in muscles and promote full-body flexibility. This class is a blend of slow, dynamic stretches and static poses designed to enhance muscle release, mobility, and posture. Ideal for active recovery and injury prevention, this class provides a soothing and effective way to stretch and rejuvenate your body.

Yin

Our Yin yoga is a meditative practice that provides a pathway to a calm central nervous system. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes allowing time to hydrate our body’s connective tissue (fascia) and enhance flexibility. This class provides the perfect escape from life's hustle, leaving the mind and body feeling rebalanced.
